The Very Grouchy Bugs - Pistachio & Nasi Lemak Spoon Bug to cheer you up!

First let's eat some pistachio nuts.
And listen to story "The Very Grouchy Lady Bug" by Eric Carle before we started the exploration to work and transform the recycle items that are so commonly seen and being simply thrown away or kept for no other purpose for ages...

You need only three pieces of pistachio nuts' shells then draw any lovely patterns you like on the shell with marker pen. (commonly called as magic pen in Malaysia) After that put aside for later use.

- Gold/ any colour wire. Cut them in six short strips as they will be the legs for your bug, you can use pipe cleaner as the bug's legs as well.

- Two nasi lemak plastic spoons (Any colour. You can get this type of spoon not only your purchase of nasi lemak sometimes in some kopitiams some hawkers will give this spoon for soup) and a pair of toy plastic eyes (suggestion : make your own pair of eyes using black and white papers.)

Pistachio is nice to eat, easy and last very long to store!

You can use plastic hot glue to put all the parts together, after that I suggest that you tie a string around the body of  the (the part where two spoons stick back to back together with six strips of wire) bug and it is very  nice to use as hanging deco on your car's look rear  mirror, enjoy trying!

MH 370 in memorial ~ eco craft - A Vitagen bottle Airplane.

The Malaysian missing flight MH370 had once become the hottest topic of all. So I looked into my rich storage of recycle resource, touching them and start my imagination engine... Uh huh Vitagen bottles!

Decorate and design the flaps of the airplane.
Lantern papers (very flimsy stain glass liked transparent paper) stick smoothly and fluidly when it contacted with glue this helped us easily cover the uneven surface of the bottle.
