time was around 12.30pm Nepali time.
I was there, Boudha.
Praying to God for help and safe down under a chair in the lobby with a little boy...
I screamed and yelled with not even a question but many question marks ????
WHY? WHAT? What had happened?
Huhh... so lucky...??!!
Never come across an earthquake before... (I can't believed that still until today...)
Very early and very peaceful morning in Bhaktapur (24 April 2015) |
Women and men work as usual. |
I met this young lawyer whose boyfriend took our picture. |
I bought tea and breakfast from this family at the street |
No one got right in reading the sign of nature! |
On the 25th, sun rises early as usual on 5.00 a.m I waked up as early as sun and browsed the town that I missed due to lost my way and unable to find a reasonable shelter. I met with who ever that I need to meet in life and left Bhaktapur for Boudha.
Turning the wheel couldn't help in turn away the earthquake... |
We waited and over night in the field of a school after the quake. Many more quakes after the first one... |
On the 26th, Baskin Robbin announced free ice-creams for everyone... Hooray !!!
Another night sleep with shoes on just in case I need to run for life at the mid night...
We left Baskin Robbin for life at 1.30 p.m. Nepali time, another scary earth shaking. In front of me I saw the school building swinging and wobbling...
An ice-cream break in the middle of an Earthquake, say cheese...!! |
